Okay so, everything in the build pipeline has been recreated through CMake with a bunch of fixes accordingly, naturally. Now I need to essentially have an export of the pipeline to various CI/CD platforms. I suppose first since the majority of them are all Docker based, I should have a local Docker setup that is capable of running all of the various build steps as a kind of local pipeline of sorts. This should get me most of the way, hopefully.
