Okay so string pools when loading in new strings definitely had some very
buggy code. I must have written the code when tired or in a bad mental state.
For example I was setting up a front-end that was ending up not being used,
also I was duplicating the string allocation. So definitely doing a good
refactor of sjme_nvm_stringPool_locateSeqR().
